Of course, exercise doesn’t have to be hard work or some kind of strict regime that you’ll soon end up hating. It can be enjoyable stuff like going for long walks, taking the dog for a walk more often, going swimming with friends, kicking a ball around in the park or any number of fun things.
I may not be making a mountain out of a mole-hill about this. They should be able to understand the concept of that thing. Now you may start to see the big picture.
