For Quick Weight Loss, Drink Water!

Quick Weight Loss tips and tricks are plentiful these days now that we all have a much better understanding of what is going on not just in the body when a person is trying to lose weight, and lose it fast, but also the mind. This post takes a look at one of the ways to fool the mind into believing you are full to help you get rid of thos eextra pounds easily!

The way to trick your mind into believing you are full, aka not hungry and therefore not liley to want to eat food, especially the kind that will help you to gain weight all too easily, is to do something that makes your stomach feel like its full of food without it actually being full of food! The most effective way to do that is to… drink some water!

Yep, as daft and as simple as it sounds, it works!

When you next feel those pangs of hunger coming on and you know that you will lose some of that iron will power and cave in, try this. Instead of reaching for that packet of biscuits or cakes that you have stashed away in your cupboard out of sight of anyone who might accuse you of cheating… reach for a glass and fill it with plain, ordinary water at room temperature. Then drink it. Not too fast, but take a leisurely few sips at it until the glass is empty. Then do it again! In a couple of minutes, you will no longer feel hungry… its magic!

Well, ok not so much magic, but it works by filling your stomach fast and then tricking it into sending signals to your brain to tell it that you are no longer hungry, so you don’¡t want any food!

Now is that cool or is that cool?

Don’t say we don’t have all the answers here. Ok we don’t, but we have some pretty damn good ones!

Quick Weight Loss May Not Always Work the Way You Expect

Sometimes, trying to achieve Quick Weight Loss can be counter productive not so much in the methodology, but in the psychological processes that are in progress during the attempt. This is because our expectations of what should happen start to get in the way with the natural weight loss process and we become impatient. When we don’t start seeing results straight away, we give up all too easily, believing that “this stuff doesn’t work” and so we go in search of the next great hyped up promise.

So what is the answer to breaking out of this self destructive cycle of unrealistic expectation and failure?

Well, the first thing you have to be aware of is that any weight loss program has to be seen through to the end for it to work. If you give up part way through anything, how can you realistically expect it to be successful? So even if results aren’t showing early on, it doesn’t necessarily mean the process is not working. It just means that it is taking a little longer to kick in and start working for you.

And the “for you” part of that last statement is what the nub of many people’s problem stems from when it comes to losing weight. It may come as no real shock to learn that everybody is different and what will work and work quickly for one person won’t necessarily work as quickly for another. So when a weight loss program claims to be quick, it will surely be quick for some people, but not for others. If you fall into the category of the “others”, then you should take heart that you’re not alone and fully 50% or more of anyone embarking on any slimming program also falls into the category of “others”.

So once you have gotten your head around the fact that something that you thought might not be working, actually is working, then you can see the proverbial light at the end of the tunnel and get stuck back into the program with gusto! You’ll then surprise yourself when o8ut of the blue you’ll realize that you’ve lost some weight when you weren’t expecting it to happen and bingo! Your quick weight loss program that you thought was a failure turns out to be a winner!

Life is pretty much like that in a lot of things, so prepare to be amazed!
